It is with much pleasure that I write today regarding Tim  Jennings of Savannah Home Loans

I have known Tim for some time, and often had conversations with him regarding refinancing my mortgage.  Tim always offered information and advice without obligation and encouraged me to think about refinancing as our mortgage had a high  interest rate as well as fees.

After some consideration my husband and I decided to contact Tim on a more formal basis and enquire about refinancing.  Nothing was too much trouble for Tim .  They made up booklets for us with easy to follow advice on various banks and the mortgages they thought suited our needs that we could choose from.

However, during the process of refinancing, the bank we were originally with caused us a lot of grief.  They acted very unprofessionally and were extremely unhelpful. Throughout the whole time we had to deal with them Tim was a great source of encouragement and assistance to us.  He rang the Solicitors and the bank on our behalf on many occasions in an effort to get answers and move the process along. Tim  would always phone us and keep us up to date with what was happening. If we’d have had to deal with this on our own it would have been a nightmare.   

Tim is an honest, reliable person with high work ethics.
